Seminole Heights is a neighborhood in transition, with many young professionals renovating the historic homes. This neighborhood is filled with historic bungalows from the early 20th century. In recent years, Seminole Heights has become one of the more trendy neighborhoods, fueling hip restaurants, unique bars, gourmet dining and vintage markets. It is a great alternative to the master planned neighborhoods. Seminole Heights is one of our favorite places to find homes with a lot of charm, eclectic details and investment potential.

Ballast Point is located just north of MacDill Airforce Base on the East coast of the South Tampa peninsula. Ballast Point is one of our favorite neighborhoods for finding design savvy gems with eclectic architecture from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Ballast Point is home to Ballast Point Park with multiple playgrounds and a pier for fishing and Tampa Yacht and Country Club that offers exclusive membership benefits such as an Olympic sized pool and equestrian facilities. There is a real sense of community in Ballast Point, where everyone seems to know one another and it is common to see neighbors chatting.
Hyde Park is one of Tampa Bay’s most desired neighborhoods with seven city blocks of streets populated with cute cafes, bars, high-end retailers, offices, and dining in the heart of Hyde Park Historic District. This village is designed with residents in mind, so beautiful parks, majestic oak trees and brick walkways made for walking are just a few of the amenities that residents take pride in. In addition to this, monthly farmers markets, spring and fall arts festivals, and holiday celebrations bring this ambient community together for a good time.

Ybor City was once known as the “Cigar Capital of the World,” due to its rich history of employing thousands in the cigar industry in the late 1800s. Ybor City is a historic neighborhood highly favored by history buffs, art enthusiasts, foodies, night owls, and tourists. It is filled with bygone era architecture, museums, art galleries, eclectic shops, bars, cigar shops, breweries, tattoo parlors, nightclubs, and eateries that are reflective of the area’s history and Latin culture. In 2008, 7th avenue, the main commercial street in Ybor City was named as one of the 10 Great Streets in America. Residents of Ybor City appreciate the urban lifestyle, broad range of people and historic richness.
downtown




Tampa’s Downtown is home to a rich cultural arts district, including the Straz Center, the Tampa Museum of Art, the historic Tampa Theater, the University of Tampa, and the central business center for Tampa. The skyline has grown significantly these last few years with new condos and apartments popping up regularly. Downtown is also home to Curtis Dixon park which sits on the Hillsborough River bringing festivals and concerts within walking distance most weekends. While big business had dominated the population in Downtown for years, new restaurants, nightlife and groceries stores have popped up making it a great place to work, live and play.
channel district




The Channel District is just east of Downtown Tampa and is home to Florida’s largest seaport. Port of Tampa is frequented by cruise lines, commercial freighters, pleasure crafts, and sailboats. It is home to Florida Aquarium and Amalie Arena. Channel District is one of the fastest growing areas in Tampa with high-rise condos, shops, dining, and entertainment venues. This area primarily offers new urban housing making it a great place for young professionals and couples who want move in ready homes.
davis/harbour islands




Davis Islands offer some of Tampa’s most expensive waterfront properties and house some of Tampa’s most famous residents. As you drive the one main road that circles the island, the streets are lined with palm trees and the harbors are lined with yachts, giving residents a resort-like lifestyle.
