Our experience includes managing a 100 acre mixed used project from ground up to disposition 5 years later, power centers with complicated big box leases, and small strip centers with only small local shops.

 

Annual Contract Bidding

We have earned the most money for our clients by rebidding and renegotiating our onsite vendor contracts each year. It is required of our management team each year during the budgeting process.

 

Asset Management Services

We are also very strong in lease negotiations, litigation management and tenant relations. We offer asset management services to those investors that need a higher level of management of their assets, ensure every decision is made to increase the value of the asset.

We have been involved in ground up development projects requiring heavy pre-leasing, managed environmentally impacted industrial property that required hands on communication with the DEP, litigated multi-million dollar contractor disputes and turned around assets with only 20% occupancy into goldmines.
